  Tony and Seth came highly recommended by some friends who had had a garden room built by them. Even from this high starting point I have to say that they exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the quality of the finished product, the attention to detail was meticulous.   They are passionate experts who genuinely care about creating spaces that people will enjoy. They took the time to understand our needs and to provide advice.  The garden room is used pretty much every day by all members of the family – from A-level revision to working at home.  We are delighted with it!

  Glass Veranda. Brilliant!  Tony and Seth are a pleasure to work with and real professionals, who want to deliver a quality product and care about the service and work that they deliver.  Our new glass veranda is already proving its worth; it covers two thirds of the patio so means that even in these autumn days we are able to use this outside space; we can even dry the dogs off, outside, after a wet walk so they don't take the rain and mud into the house with them!   Having worked as a construction project manager for the last 20 years (and in construction for 30) it’s great to come across a company as outstanding as Exeter Garden Rooms & Verandas and to be able to recommend them!!

Their friendly family team approach, innovative design ideas, attention to detail in quality finishing and fair pricing makes them an absolute diamond in a world of often sub standard tradesmen.

  Tony and seth  did a wonderfull veranda   job, at the top of  back garden  they took pride in there work, cleaned and tidyed up  each day after working,  they were always on time, and very helpfull.
Seth also put a full deck down,  which he did a wonderfull job doing this,
Along with the veranda  and decking it opened up a huge  space, which before looked smaller, but now it has a wow factor,
So pleased with the outcome of it all.

I would certainly  recommend them.
And getting a veranda from this company.

  Exeter Garden Rooms & Verandas, run by Seth & Tony were fantastic from start to finish with our project of designing and building a custom garden room.  The initial visit saw them bring materials that they work with.  We really appreciated the site visit so we could touch and feel some of the products available and they were happy to advise us on what they thought on different options.  During the period between design and build, one of our chosen materials did not come up to the standards Seth was willing to work with (he had the product under test for us before installation) and we were kept fully informed so we could make a more future-proofed decision. During the build, Seth and Tony worked diligently and with high standards of care, as if the building they were doing was for themselves.  I really appreciated how they went the extra mile to build a really fantastic product that we are already enjoying on a daily basis.  We would not hesitate to recommend and would look to use them again should we have any future needs.  Thank you!

  Seth and Tony are excellent in their work, we could not be happier with our new veranda, even sat outside under it with a beer whilst writing this review.

Being in the construction industry my self, im very picky but I really cant fault these guys and the attention to detail.

  Thank you so much for our brilliant Veranda, it has given us a really flexible space to entertain, chill out or even do the odd Joe Wicks workout. The team at Exeter Garden Room and Verandas were beyond professional, from quote to installation. A really competitive price, well communicated order plans and then super attention to detail on install.
We have recommended them already to so many friends. I know you can get a Veranda from a big national brand but Exeter Garden rooms were so personal and went above and beyond.

  Seth and Tony are the best! It was an all round life enhancing experience to have them design and build our garden room.

They listened to us carefully from the start to arrive at a design that we were happy with. We are confident that every aspect of the building - ventilation, insulation, longevity -- has been considered with care.

During the building process, any queries that came up were dealt with calmly and patiently,  and they were always willing to discuss adjustments to make sure the room was exactly what we wanted.

Seth is a master craftsman and it was great to have him working in our garden - we miss him! It was important to him to create as little disturbance as possible and he has built a really beautiful space for us to spend time in.
